I have a problem with my NUVIZ and I can not find the solution from the user guide or FAQ's. What should I do?

    What's the point of having a support email address which doesn't respond? My support ticket # 2118, created on 10th September is still unanswered. Multiple email messages to your social media team via Facebook also fell on deaf ears. Do you only intend to sell your product without resolving customer issues?
